Sign-up for CEFS

To be eligible for CEFS, you must be an incorporated organisation, with a registered address in Solihull and be within the State Aid threshold or be working towards setting up a new enterprise with its registered office in Solihull.

  • ‘Incorporated’ means that your not for profit group has been registered under a formal legal structure e.g. Company Limited by Guarantee, Charitable Incorporated Organisation, Community Interest Company.
  • State Aid – eligible organisations need to confirm that they meet the EU State Aid De Minimis rules i.e. that over the previous three fiscal years they have not had more than 200,000 Euros (cumulative) of grant aid from a public source.
